tap away your worries

o:p>

Use this simple energy exercise to help remove thoughts and beliefs that are dragging you down and replace them with thoughts and beliefs that you would like to live with.

I have a friend who always wins the raffles.  Admittedly he always buys a couple of tickets which helps but so do I.  I have never won a raffle whilst he frequently wins.

When he was a little child he watched his father win several lotteries and raffles and gained the belief that raffles are easily won. This is the belief that he grew up with and why he often wins.

My mother bought a weekly Pools ticket but always complained that it was a waste of money as the odds of winning were so poor.  This is the belief that I grew up  with and I never win.

So it is with all things.  Our beliefs create our own reality.  If we think we don’t deserve something then we don’t. If we think that we do deserve something then it is far more likely to happen. If we think we’ll always be poor then we will be poor.  If we think that good things will come our way then that too is far more likely to happen.

“All very well” I hear you say but how do I change my beliefs and thoughts.  I use to think this too.  I could sit in front of a mirror and make affirmations all day yet nothing seemed to change.

But I have found that using “energy exercises” whilst making statements/affirmations causes a noticeable change in our thinking.

This is a very simple exercise to help quickly reduce some of your more prominent and dominant thoughts and beliefs that are dragging us down.

Firstly choose a thought that is making you feel bad,

eg “I can never do this”

“My child is going to have an accident”

”I won’t have enough money to pay my bills”.

Next write it down on a piece of paper

“I’m always worried I can never do something”

“I’m always worried Katie will hurt herself”
”I’m always worried that I will be unable to pay my bills”

Next say out loud the following affirmation whilst pounding firmly with both clenched fists on the collar bone areas. (These are known as the K27 points).

“I now release the belief that …..(say the belief that you wish to release).  I release it once and for all from every part of my Being.

Now take three long breaths whilst pressing on the K27 points with your fists.

Secondly choose a thought that you would like to have in its place.  Write it down on  apiece of paper

“I am good enough to do anything that I choose”

“Katie is completely safe”

“I shall always be able to find enough money to pay my bills”

Next say out loud the following affirmation whilst tapping a couple of times a second with the palm of your hand on the top of your head. (This is known as the GV 20 spot)

“I now align myself with the belief that ….. (say the new belief).  I now align with this new belief once and for all in every part of my Being.”

Take three long breaths whilst pushing on the GV20 point with the palm of your hand.

REPEAT THE PROCESS AGAIN IF NEEDED

You will find that the intensity of the worrying thought has diminished considerable and that this will last.
