Don’t wait till your nightmares scare

Before you change your ways.

the doctor's thoughts .........

You see and learn so much about life whilst sitting in a doctor’s chair year after year. One huge lesson that my patients have taught me is not to wait for the catastrophe to occur or for chaos to rein in your life before you decide that things are not what you want.  So many people don't realise what is important until they are on their death bed when it's just too late to change.   Having listened to so many people tell of their life's regrets  I've learnt to be pro-active, to try and create and design my livfe to my highest intentions everyday.  I'm frequently not successful but I do manage it at times.

By knowing the person who we want to be and living that person’s life each day, we will slowly become that person. It is so simple. It just is not that easy.
